Contest Rules/Requirements:

1. You must be a registered member of MaternityBoutiques.com
2. Submit a digital photo of yourself wearing at least one item from any store in MaternityBoutiques.com.
3. Your photograph must be submitted through the contest entry form.
4. Entries must be submitted by the 25th of the month to qualify for that month's contest.

Prizes are awarded according to the above contest rules. Photographs will be automatically entered in each month's contest for the entire year, until a prize has been won. (Only one prize per year will be awarded to a single entrant.) The employees of Maternity Boutiques.com will choose a winner based on the criteria of that month's contest. Contest winners are chosen on the last day of each month. The winner will be notified by the 5th of the following month. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification date. Every attempt will be made to notify contest winners. If the winner's email address has changed or is unable to accept the winner notification email, the prize will be awarded to a runner up. Photographs submitted are subject to approval by MaternityBoutiques.com. Inappropriate photographs will not be accepted. Submitted photographs become the property of MaternityBoutiques.com to be used for promotional purposes only. Photographs will be added to the Mother-to-be photo page indefinitely.
